Carriage Charges

If you buy direct from us, you'll need to pay the carriage charges to get the goods to your door, as well as the product cost.  Here's some of your options:

Our Couriers

We have a good network of couriers, and can usually get you a good price.  There are several service options:

• Road shipping - fine for Europe, expect 2-5 days for delivery
• Airmail - fine for updates and accessories
• Economy Air shipping - we can ship worldwide on this service again on a 2 -5 day service
• Express Air shipping - 1-2 days worldwide

We use well know couriers, usually UPS, Fedex, DHL or DPD.  We'll give you a quote, and you can choose the service.  We charge you the rate we get plus GBP10 for organising the courier.

Your Courier

We're really happy to use your couriers, just let us know who you'd like to use and we can help you set it up, giving you sizes and weights etc.

One note: If we call the courier, and you choose not to pay their bill, they will come after us to pay it! So for this reason, you'll need to contact the courier and organise the shipping yourself.

However, if you've got good rates, you should always think about using your couriers to ship.

Personal Collection

You are more than welcome to pick up the goods yourself from our factory.  Let us know well in advance, and we'll make sure there's a cup of tea waiting for you.

If you live abroad, you'll need to fill in some forms so we don't have to charge you any local sales tax, but otherwise it's easy.
