You want to know that the products you bought get to you safely.  Because we sell our goods FOB, legally you are responsible for the shipping, even if we organise it for you. Because of this, you need to think about shipping insurance

The Facts

In 17 years of shipping goods, we've never had a shipment go astray, and only 3 that have had shipping damage. And this was minor

However..

Potentially you can loose the entire amount of your purchase. Ouch!

The Costs

Shipping insurance is about 5% of the product cost.  We can add this to the cost of shipping, and will ask you before hand if you want to do this.  But it's your choice.

If the goods are damaged in transit, we will claim on the insurance and get them repaired for you.  If you haven't taken insurance out, we will repair them as inexpensively as we can, but there will be a bill to pay.
