C2 Models and Options

There are 2 basic C2 models. Both have our excellent analogue monitor controller, and a digital crosspoint router, set up as a monitor selector.

Th emodels differ in the size of the digital router, and as the router grows, some extra features become available and the size of the control panels also increases.

Between these 2 models, we can accommodate the vast majority of your digital monitoring needs.

The two models are:

• C2-8XP (C2 with a 8x8 digital crosspoint)
• C2-16XP (C1 with a 16x16 digital crosspoint)

Both models have our full featured monitor, with 1dB steps, 0.25dB A/B trims, K cal calibration, adjustable dim and loads more features.

This table shows you the difference between the 2 basic models:

 In addition for each controller, you can specify any of these options:

• -TP:  dual stereo trimmer module and MS controller. For pre and post level control and MS manipulation. This module can be connected to an external analogue record path
• -DA: our excellent internal DACs, ideal for monitoring or recording conversion
• -AD: our equally excellent ADCs, ideal for recording conversion
• -BM: true bass management for additional subwoofers, mono or stereo
• -DS: digital speaker output for driving digital speakers
• -VU: stereo analogue VU meters, with built in attenuator for correct operation. Available in 2RU or standard front panel package
• -TB: stereo talkback module, for talkback mix or replace of stereo cue feeds
• -GP: GPIO control panel to send and receive up to 8 contacts
• -CN: connector kits, Dsubs, XLR patchbays, or snakes
• -KT: mounting kits, wooden pods, 19" mounting or mount in studio furniture

Beyond these options we have a full custom department that can modify an C2 to be virtually anything you want!
