There are several ways to buy from us, but which ever route you choose, you'll be sure of great customer service!

Here's a few notes on the different ways to but from us:

Dealing Direct

We are used to dealing direct,and have sold and shipped products all over the world.

Thanks to the wonders of email, it's easy to get in contact with us and start up a conversation.  There's lots of information on this site to help you choose the right product, and we can always send you extra information by email.

We are also happy to talk to you on the phone, no matter what the time difference is!  Just email us in advance with your number and a good time to contact you, and we'll get up early, or stay up late to make the call. No problems!

Once you've bought the product, we can get it to your door with our network of couriers for a good price, and help you with any customs issues.  See the rest of the articles about the logistic issues.

Buying via one of our Dealers

We're slowly building up a network of really good dealers around the world.  These are people we trust and who can give great customer service.  If there's such a dealer in your area, please feel free to contact them first.

There's no problems with you talking to us, and buying from them, and they also understand that the choice of where you buy from is yours.  We don't discount prices at the drop of a hat, so the price you pay from them, is probably the same price that you would pay from us.  However the fact that they may speak your local language is worth a lot of money sometimes!

Buying From Your Favourite Dealer

If you've got a great local dealer, but they don't stock our products, by all means ask them to contact us.  We can deal with all of the support questions, but you can pay and deal with them locally. It's your choice!
